RULES FOR OBTAINING TREKKING EQUIPMENT ON SERVICE

	Submission of Application : Inteding borrowers of trekking equipment will be required to apply in our printed "Application Form" which is available at our office at any working day. The application should reach us at least 45 days before the date on which the borrowers would like to to have the equipment.

	CANCELLATION : In case of cancellation of any item or items, it should be made at least 15 days before the date of Receiving otherwise no cancellation will be entertained and full charge for the item or items will be exacted. In case of "Durga Puja" Cancellation date at least 30 days before the receiving date.

	IDENTITY : Inteding borrowers or the applicant himself has to stand as a guarantor and he will be liable and responsible for any delay, loss, damage and destruction caused to the equipment given on service. Any one of the following must be produced by the applicants. (a) Service Identity Card (Xerox) (b) Driving Licence (Xerox) (c) Passport (Xerox) (d) Voter's Identity Card (Xerox) (e) If the applicant fails to produce any of the aforesaid, he must pay full value of the equipments and receive it.

	FAILING WHICH THE APPLICATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

	NOTE : The company can reject an application at its own discretion. In case the equipment is not returned on the date stated in the application, the service charges for the period of the delay will be double of the ordinary rates. If a borrower fails to return the equipment on the scheduled date, thereby hampering the issue of euipment immediately after the scheduled date, the company bears no liability in this regard.

70% of the total service charge is required to be deposited along with application at the time of booking for the equipment.

Any changes in the alloted equipment will not be entertained by the company at the time of taking delivery.

CAUTION MONEY : Inteding The aplication will be required to deposit double of total service charge as caution money. The caution money will be refunded after deducting the penalty amount imposed. If any, on safe return of the equipment. In case of any damage to the extent damage, will be deducted from the caution money and the balance amount will be refunded. In case, the extent of loss is more than that the deposit, the excess loss in value must be paid by the borrower.

We cater Maps and Information of different Trekking Routes, including Indian and Nepal Himalayas (i) Guide and HAP’s Name (ii) Their charges (iii) Recent Trekker’s Name and Phone Number.

Slideshow organise on demand

We arrange Trekking Slide Show on your prior demand. Photographers are respected on their field. (Condition Apply)
